I would recommend you go over any vehicle with a fine tooth comb or better still buy else where avoid at all costs the worst experience I have ever had just one thing after another £1500 pounds later putting thing right car came with full inspection what a joke list just goes on and on only thing I can say nice is they refunded £300 for some of parts this company is a dreadful avoid

People are more inclined to come here and leave a review when things have not gone well, or there has been a problem. Indeed, I had a problem with a car I bought - but at no point did the dealership walk away from any responsibility. There was acceptance, professionalism and they ensured that my concerns were resolved to my full satisfaction. I certainly never had a problem getting in contact or having mails or calls returned.

Any dealership can be helpful and friendly when you are handing over your hard earned cash. The real test of any retailer or seller is when you have a problem. I can only say that in my case, things ended well.

The selling style is very laid back to say the least. So if you want to buy you have to say so or just put in an offer and go from there.. I would buy here again.

We had a brilliant experience with Louis at the Bath Car Co. For a small business we thought they offered a very personal service and the BMW we bought has been fantastic.

Bought a vehicle earlier this year. To date it's cost us over twice the purchase price putting things right. Can't contact Bath Car Company - those looking to purchase but who didn't get a reply had a lucky escape.

Been tried contact to louis that I am interesting one of car... Impossible get hold of them, been text him and email, no response!!! Very disappointed and poor serivce to contact me

I have emailed this company 3 times reference a car they have via auto trader & there own website. Not even a reply GREAT way to sell cars

Bought an A4 from Louis, immaculate presentation of the car even down to getting parking dings removed for me, where as ive been to previous forecourts and they tell me if you want a car without scuffs/dings go buy a new one! very nice clean car serviced and mot'd before it was due to give me some peace of mind, thanks again Louis lovely cuppa too!
