I lost allot of money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALERS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN APRIL 2014 AND WITHIN DAYS THE CAR WAS GIVING TROUBLE. I CONTACTED THE OWNER AND HIS ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR HAD COMPLETELY CHANGED. EVENTUALLY THEY TOOK THE CAR IN FOR REPAIRS BUT WITHIN A HOUR OF LEAVING THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE AND WHEN I RETURNED THAT DAY THEY BECAME VERY NASTY AND REFUSED TO HELP ME. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR FOR 6 MONTHS FOR THE FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE. I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL GARAGE AND THEY CONFIRMED THE MILEAGE HAS BEEN CLOCKED AND THE CAR WAS IN NEED OF MANY REPAIRS. I COMPLAINED TO THE FINANCE COMPANY AND CONTINUED TO CALL AND EVENTUALLY I WAS GIVEN A FULL REFUND. THEY WILL ALSO CALL THE POLICE IF YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE 'YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED' THE GARAGE THEY USE TO REPAIR CARS ARE RUBBISH AND INCOMPETENT. THE WOMAN WORKER IS RACIST. THEY WILL ALL BE NICE TO YOU AT FIRST BUT THE AFTER SALES IS HORRID.

Absolutely disgraceful service. The owner is a complete bully. Avoid with all costs.

I was looking to buy a new Astra, I spent days traipsing around car dealerships losing the will to live! Got to Quality used car centre and found them to be welcoming and knowledgeable on the car's details. I needed to know it would fit in my garage and the salesman, Stanley knew the exact length of the vehicle! I've since been back for regular servicing - Stanley and John really know their stuff. I reckon the service plan I bought with the car has saved quite a bit of money, which I'll possibly put towards a new car at some point! Can thoroughly recommend.

After months and months of saving for my very first car I finally managed to save enough to buy a second hand BMW mini. My dad took me to a number of garages in the area but in the end we purchased the vehicle from Quality used car centre in Croydon for two reasons. Firstly the sales team where very helpful, they gave us a range of advice and showed extensive knowledge to reassure me this was the correct car for me. Secondly the price was fair and even lower than every other dealership in the area. I am very happy with my Mini and as very pleased with the whole experience and will be returning to buy my second car when i have saved enough money.

ROGUE TRADERS!!!!

Sold a Vauxhall Zafira, its mileage was up to needing a timing belt so I asked for this to be done and paid for it. This garage damaged my engine after doing the work. Then offered me an insurance asking me to lie to get it fixed under insurance. Then I found out the insurance was null and void anyway. Even the service record book for the timing belt change was stamped by the using a stamp from a garage that doesn't exist!!!

I had to pay for a replacement engine and installation of it (I am disabled and on benefits). I took this company to trading standards and they lied about selling the business and it changing hands in order to avoid facing any responsibility for what happened.

They give receipts from both businesses for one deal and then say that transactions were from the other business.

When I later posted the truth about my experience on the net they lied to the site managers and had my review removed.

They CHEAT, LIE, MANIPULATE, and FAIL to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for their actions or poor workmanship. They wont save you money they are likely to COST YOU ALOT

Define Surrey Car Sales - Disgraceful, Appalling, disgusting.... the list goes on! And as for the people working there...... They are the most insensitive, uncaring, self-centred people we have ever come across. Quick to take your cash (as their card machine doesn't work) but couldn't care less with their aftersales care! We bought a Chrysler voyager from them back in May, Reported several faults on the car the next morning, one being a driving fault and we were told that we needed to drive the car back to them (72 miles) We told them that we couldn't because of the faults but they insisted that if we wanted the car fixed then we needed to get it back to them. We had 3 diagnostic reports carried out on the car and they all flagged up numerous faults, Chrysler even advised us not to drive the car as it was unroad worthy and shouldn't have been sold in that condition. (May I add that the car was falsely advertised in auto trader) After telling Surrey Car Sales this, they reluctantly collected the car 1 MONTH later. We listed the faults as we were asked and left copies of the diagnostic reports in the car. It took Surrey Car Sales an unreasonable TEN AND A HALF WEEKS to repair the car!!! Every time we phoned, they didn't know what was going on with our car and asked us to chase it up ourselves even though it was in their care, giving us several garage numbers. They never returned our phone calls, e-mails or texts and had a 'couldn't care less attitude'. They lied to us, saying that the car was in repair when another colleague told us that it hadn't gone to the garage yet and that was after the first 3 weeks of them having the car. They promised us return dates week after week which never happened, then when our friend went to eventually collect our car, the man who handed over the keys told him that they weren't trading anymore and that he knew nothing about it, which we found strange as he had the keys to our car. On return of the car we noticed that the trims on the front passenger door were hanging off, the front bumper was hanging down and they had dented our front wheel arch. Also not forgetting to say that the rear number plate was a photocopied one! We know that they are still trading and under a different name, and we know what that name is. But don't worry we have passed letters on to Auto trader and Croydon trading standards. We are also in the process of pursuing a legal claim for compensation with our solicitor which they will hear from soon. Watch this space. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NO STAR RATING THEN I WOULD, THEY DON'T DESERVE TO TRADE.

I bought a Citroen c3 from these guys a few weeks ago. At first I was really happy with the service I received; when I paid the deposit for the car they said they'd service it for me for free before I picked it up the following week. When I went to pick the car up the service had not been done and they arranged it for three weeks afterwards. Originally the service was scheduled for 12pm but I rang up to change it to 11am as I needed to be somewhere. Turned up at 11am to be told that the mechanic wasn't there and could I bring it back in an hour - clearly the mechanic didn't want an early start. I will be taking it to a different garage. I haven't had any problems with the car so far but the aftercare is useless. Do not take anything they say literally as they are very unreliable. I wouldn't advise buying from these guys, especially for your first car as the reassurance you need is not there.

A bmw which has been nothing but problems from the day of purchase.

It turns out that the receipt I signed means the was essentially un-roadworthy.

Having read the rest of these reviews its obvious these guys have been at it for some time.

My advice from experience STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS.

Horrible people bad aftersales care.
