Sunwin Nissan, Derby, Derbyshire

I have just taken my car for its 2nd service at a Nissan dealer and found that work carried out for the 1st service at Nissan Sunwin in Derby was not carried out correctly which has just cost me a lot fo money! The messed up the brakes meaning now I have had to pay for all new brakes, have complained to Nissan

Poor customer service. Sales team appeared not to know anything about the car, told it had an alarm when we had it delivered discovered that it was bluetooth for mobile phone and not an alarm!

Ordered items such as car mats which were not delivered with the car we ended up having to buy accessories from another dealer.

The deal with Sunwin Nissan in Derby was "doomed" from the start. After several weeks of wrangling over the purchase price and what was included, then the finance figures were misleading, they refused to let me use any other finance company other than theirs, then after taking delivery of the vehicle we found out the handbrake didn't work and there was a tear in the carpet.

The car has now been back twice to the dealership in as many weeks and still the handbrake problem persists! I never received an explanation of why this is the case. I got the feeling that once the deal was done, customer service declined.
