Sunwin Mazda, Derby

At Sunwin Mazda in Derby I looked at a Mazda MX5 & RX8 (similar money second-hand to a new MX5). An over-eager sales person bolted out of the show-room to greet me. I happened to mention I wasn't keen on the Wankel engine in the RX8, because I prefer cars with more mid-range grunt (saying I thought it was otherwise an excellent car). His response was flatly "Well if you're a LAZY driver you shouldn't even bother looking Japanese" and charged off back into the show-room.

I've gone a bought a Lexus IS instead. Sunwin have recently lost a number of franchises including Alfa-Romeo due to a reputation for poor service.

I visited Lookers Honda, Lexus, Subaru & Alfa-Romeo in Derby and received much better treatment and customer service. No-wonder Sunwin's fore-courts look so empty these days. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL...
