I am so happy that I went the extra 20 miles out of my way to go to Suntrup VW. What a great experience in buying my new VW. The whole staff was courteous, professional and fun. I have already told my friends and co-workers about it.

Suntrup Volkswagen deserves 5 stars for their sales staff. They went above and beyond my expectations by delivering a car to my condo in Osage, Mo and made sure my lease turn in at another dealer was handled without any hassle. Also, the new CC is beautiful and priced right!!!

Everything that is wrong with car dealerships is here at Suntrup VW: the salesman wasn't straight with me, high pressure selling and expensive unwanted dealer "extras" on the cars. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.
