Absolute Disgrace

My new shape 2013 range rover was purchased at close to seventy thousand pounds from this dealership as an approved used car. The car when revealed In showroom had scratches on body work, damaged alloys, a dent on one of the doors and the boot wouldn't open. The car hadn't even been valeted properly inside. The second time a week later I went to pick up the car and the boot was still broken. Finally on a third visit two weeks after having sold my own car ;delivery was taken of the car only to find that it kept pulling to the left at motorway speeds and the boot had stopped working again within half an hour of getting home. The car was duly returned after one and a half days of ownership and a refund issued. Subsequently was pestered for the log book that hadn't arrived or they failed to order correctly culminating in one of their salesmen turning up at my home unannounced requesting the V5 as they had sold the car to some other poor unsuspecting customer. I had been left high and dry without a car over Christmas and the new year with a young family due to the failure of this dealership to rectify simple problems on a very expensive car. Staff simply do not take ownership of problems and don't seem to care about the suffering and inconvenience they cause hard working families. Astonished at the poor level of customer care.
