Poor Rude Unhelpful Service
I was asked to drop my fathers car off at the Jaguar dealer near Sainsbury's. It was arranged that I could drop off the car at 0800hrs and I would.be dropped straight home.....
Seems that the ginger woman that arranged the booking didn't sort it out properly- luckily only a 20 minute wait. Very stroppy attitude and very dismissive .
Glad I drive a decent car and not a Jaguar.
