Do Not Trust This Company Stephen Rayns Is An Out
DO NOT trust this company Stephen Rayns is an out and out liar I also purchased a car for £11600 in October his advert said it had had one owner
This was a lie It was previously owned in Gurnsey for one year I only found out by making enquires to DVLA
He also said it had full service history, This is also a lie and have now found that one of the stamps is counterfeit this has also invalidated its
anticorrosion warranty
He also said it had heated seats this is also a lie.
There were parts missing from the interior when I picked the car up he said he would obtain them for me ,Guess what? this has also turned out to be a lie
I have issued county court summons to him which I doupt he will respond to but, he's in for a big shock I will pursue this to the bitter end what ever the cost
Once again if you are considering buying a car from here make sure every thing you want is in your possesion before parting with your hard earned CASH, because its 100% you wont get it after

I Bought A Car From This Man Based On The Advert A
I bought a car from this man based on the advert and what he subsequently said and promised.This man lied on the advert and continued to lie when I went to pick up the car. There was no service history so the warranty was void.[ he said there was and the book was in the post ]The car was scratched , the milage was higher than advertised and the accessories he promised such as a spare key never arrived.He also said it had come from a main dealer and had been serviced by them which was untrue.Avoid at all costs.
It is possible his customer did say he was trade but that still dosn't answer the question why Stephen Rayns advertised the car with incorrect milage, lied about service history and being main dealer maintained and supplied or promising to supply spare key and service book.
You will note he says he paid a lower price but that still dosn't excuse lies and as for giving money back I see no comment about compensation for the inconveinance he has caused, its not all about money as he seems to think, Being able to tell the absolute truth is an assett of which he has a great lack of.

This man thinks by offering you your money back everything will be OK how him about paying for the inconveniace hes put you and supply the service historys and parts he says are availabe when he sells cars
This man posed to be a car trader, he viewed the car, paid considerably less than the advertised price, as a trader, he took the car away. He then claimed to be a farmer not a trader and wanted a retail service at a trade price. Incidentally we did offer him his money back.
