Hes a very friendly, helpful dealer whilst selling the car to you, but his attitude quickly changes when there's a problem with a car he has sold.

In my experience he denounced any responsibility for a major electrical breakdown i had with a Peugot 206 that I had bought from him less than a week previously, he ignored all my phone calls & every time I called at the garage to speak to him his mechanics told me he wasn't in, even though on one occasion i saw him hiding in his office through the window. When i eventually got to speak to him in person he told me the electrical faults with the car (an engine management system fault that prevented the car from starting) would not be covered by the warranty, i spoke to the consumer action group who advised mt to send him in writing a list of all the faults and that i was legally obliged by law to ask for my money back. He didnt bother even replying to my letter.

I ended up having to get my car repaired at another garage at personal cost. Car dealers like him shouldn't be allowed to trade, avoid him at all costs

The only reason i gave him 1 star is because it doesnt allow less!
