I have never been so disguised with the lack of customer care.

When I arrived to look at the cars, I wasn't welcomed by any one when coming onto S&R motors, Swindon. I couldn't find anyone, in the office or surrounding areas.

FINALLY when some one arrived, I told them the car that I was interested in, they went and collected the car from another sight they had.

When the car arrived the staff that was on had misplaced the main set of keys and took 15 minutes into trying to find them. I WASN'T offered a test drive, on asking I was ignored. This aside, I really liked the car so I went ahead and decided to put the deposit down on the car that was £500.

I was told that the car would be going through a MOT and would be ready within the next couple of days. I received no phone call over the next couple of days. AFTER calling numerous amounts of times, I finally got ahold of someone that told me they didn't know where the car is, how long it would take, whats going on with it.. they knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I was told once again to wait another couple of days.. which I did, resulting in me calling again, being asked to wait for a phone call in half an hour and not receive one at all!!!!

NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT THE CAR, AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING!!!

A MONTH!! when i furiously took the car they lent me back, I requested I have my deposit back.. I was then told to come back another day!!!!!!

after waiting for a month! I was being told to wait to get MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!!!!

LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE, NO ORGANIZATION! NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!
