I purchased a car of them in March 2011. Since then I have found out the car has been clock amongst other things.

They have not returned any of my calls or letters. Derby Trading Standards are now involved.

PLEASE EVERYONE DON'T BUY CARS FROM THESE COWBOYS.........

We brought a Mazda MX-5, had the paperwork etc. We had the car serviced the same week and found out it had been in an accident, not too bad but tried to claim money, they were having none of it, then trading standards got involved and we ended up getting £300 back, even though they had an invoice for £320 but from reading the other reviews I can think myself lucky. Hope everyone else manages to get somewhere.

I would never reccomend anyone buying a car from these people.

Have communicated with http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/extra/contact.cfm?frmAlias=/contact/ today, everyone needs to file complaints with them direct in order for anything to happen!

WE bought a car in June. now regretting it. we did get the mot certificate and log book but have already spent £600 plus on car. regret not buying from a main dealer. have been buying cars for 30 years but thought this was a reasonable first car for my son. Can't afford to change it don't know what to do. If anyone knows the web site for complaints about this garage please post on this site.

Having bought a lovely Focus ST in black I have to report no issues so far with the car BUT when I picked up my car the financial agreement had changed from £207 pm which I agreed to a week earlier from picking the car up only to find it had jumped to £237 pm when my first payment went out a month later...Of course I cant seem to get hold of these people as the number has been disconected.

After reading some of the other reviews I'm now starting to worry as the mileage did seem low (23,000) for a car on an 07 plate and that an identical Focus ST (in grey) that they had in there showroom had almost the excact same mileage on it as well...coincidence ???

As for the guy who served me , he was the stupidest man I've ever meet , getting everything wrong from the make/model - colour - tax disc - my address (which he'd already written down twice) of the car in question and was just as stupid when I came to pick it up !

i wish i did my homework now before i brought my citroen c2 off these people! i purchased it bout 2 months ago and when took it for a test drive i noticed the passenger winger mirror lense and insides wer missing , before i accepted the purchase they sed they will sort it in next few weeks , i foned up everyweek then one day they foned me to tell me that LANCE has left them and they are having to sort out loads of things that he has promised people and sed they will contact me next week about the mirror, just come back off holiday and now thier number dont exist nomore, they wer also sorting out my private plate transfer which dvla says they have no record of it being sent to them, i hope someone catches these ripping off cowards or trading standards do something about it!.

i bought my car from here in may. i wish i had done my research before buying. lance turned out to be nice at first and promised every problem i found with the car would be sorted. the car looked ok so i purchased it not signing any logbook because "the documents were stored in a locked office" i trusted him and handed over the money. BIG MISTAKE!!! since that day i have recieved no logbook, found out that the car had 70000 miles on when it was a year and a half old even though when i bought it it was 4 year old and had 47000 miles on. so many things have gone wrong in 5 months. ive contacted them numerous times about recieving my logbook but nothing ever happens.these cowboys should not be trading! they should be beheind bars!. i hope they get whats coming to them. Avoid these group of conmen like the plague!!!

Brought a new car around 1 month ago now and this month my previous blak horse finance and this finance have come out the bank. Bob told me the money they would give me on part ex for my old car would pay the car off and I would then just have the new finance plus couple of hundred as the difference between part exchange and the new car. I have just got off the phone to black horse after looking at my bank and having both taken out this month. To find out that even though they have taken my car they have not paid off my finance.. How can people like this still be in trading?? And other than citizens advice and police any idea's on what I can do ?? Or any contact for them at all would be great.. Thanks Nikki
