We bought a nearly new small-car from Snodhurst around a month ago, so far its been very good.

The cars themselves here are all well presented and we liked the fact we could look around the cars and have a sit in them without being harassed and that all the paperwork (Service history etc) was made available to us.

No slippery sales people trying to bully you into taking out finance/insurance products.

After a long time looking around the big name supermarket type places with hundreds of cars, and having to fight off high-pressure sales people, it was nice to deal with a company where things are so relaxed and welcoming.

Recently bought a car from this place and have been very happy with the car since purchase which was 8-weeks ago or so.

Looked at our car here, and must say that first off all we thought it was a bit overpriced, but after going to look at a few more of these cars within the reasonably local area, and seeing the condition they were in, or the lack of service history, we went back and bought our Ford from here.

Other thing to note, is that "Extra" bits like HPI, warranty & Service, we're all included in the price, unlike one place we visited who wanted to charge an extra few hundred pounds on top of their advertised price for a warranty and data check.

The guy we dealt with was the most non car dealer, car dealer we have dealt with actually, very friendly and helpful, not pushy or smarmy, and when it came to picking up our car he helped us get our road tax online.

One thing that really did impress us though, was our part-exchange vehicle. He gave us a price, but told us if we advertised it on eBay/autotrader privately we would probably get more money, we ended up doing so, and secured a private sale that saw us £250 better off.
