I am writing this several days after selling my car to these people. The good part: they came at the agreed time. They were presentable. They did inspect the car and take it for a short test drive. They were satisfied with everything and gave me the price offered in their email (so all of this DOES make them better than their competitors!).

However, i have worked in car dealership that DO NOT take cash. These people gave me cash - which i then had to take to the bank, I did inspect the cash thoroughly and the bank took it all. NO receipt was given, either by them or by me. I was promised (6 days ago now) a PDF copy of the receipt confirming they had bought the car. As yet I havent received it at 2pm today. IMPORTANT, if YOU are doing business with these people (based in BATH BA2) that you are fully "in the know" regarding how they operate. I had expected to give 5 stars...I havent and i do not think i would want to deal with them again based upon this review
