People are great. They do what they say they will. They went at of their way to help me with an issue that didnt even relate to my car. They are really a great place to do buisness.

The price was much lower than a dealership in Manchester, and the people were so much nicer.

We bought our car from Salem Ford Hyundai in Salem NH formerly known as Newman Ford. The sales guy was ok, reminded us of Chandler from Friends. I looked the car up on Kelly Blue Book before getting there, so when I asked why the price was higher, they said it was Kelly Blue book price. Then the manager goes and gets a print out, which was un-readable except the price, which was higher. Then he rants about someone made a mistake, but he would do us a favor and give it to us at the lower price. I know this guy is lying, but what was I to do? THe milage was low on the vehicle and I wanted it. SO we let it go. Then we need $300 worth of repairs right after leaving the lot practically and they won't respond to us. SO, run don't walk away from this car dealership. We gave them ample oportunities to respond to us and they have not, so I am writing this warning. Don't buy a car from there unless you are prepared for the price gouging and a car in need of repair! If we hear from them and they make good, I'll come back and let you all know!
