No Standards Or Professionalism And Del Boy Type Attitudes

Avoid RRG as they are not professional or honest, they charged me for repairs to water valves which were not done correctly then they misled about it after, the car developed serious faults a week later with water getting in the electrics and became a write off overnight but they are not interested in helping at all, just said it would be 5k to fix, 500 to trade in and I have 48 hours to move it off their car park even though it was fine before it went to them

Would not recommend using them as they are not professional or honest but thankfully I have dated video footage showing the faults were not fixed correctly so can show the ombudsman service how dishonest the are

Avoid Buying From Rrg Toyota

The worst Customer service ever, unprofessional ,incompetent, they don't know the difference between truth and lies

Purchased New Yaris Trend 1 week ago I love the car ,shame that RRG group have the monopoly on toyota cars

I would never again buy anything from this group. instead off a pleasant experience it turns into a nightmare with paperwork,no confidentiality, just the worse experience ever and to top it all I had 20 miles of fuel on delivery, still waiting after week for call from them ,shame on you RRG I would suggest customer service training for all your staff on second thoughts I don't think that would solve the problem with the surly, unwelcoming, salespeople you have in showroom.5star car No stars for RRG

Under No Circumstances Use This Garage. Completel

Under no circumstances use this garage. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful and worst customer service i have ever received (and that was from a 'manager'). More fool me, as this was the second occasion on which i have had reason to complain. Rest asssured, my trusted Toyota will never grace their forecourt again! PS, it's a shame i couldn't have the option of clicking zero stars in the area above!

Good Garage, Staff Very Friendly And Helpful In Sa

Good garage, staff very friendly and helpful in sales department. Nothing was too much trouble! My family have had several cars here and a great experience every time. Good facilities to keep the kids busy and lots of different cars so plenty of choice. The service area could be a little bit more modern but the cafe- seating area has a big plasma tv, a playstation and a seperate DVD area for kids, with free tea coffee and biscuits! A nice no hassle place to buy a car with intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I Bought A Toyota Celica Gt With Only 250 Miles On

I bought a Toyota Celica GT with only 250 Miles on the clock from RRG Salford Quays, I saved a massive £5000 off list price, I'm still waiting for my user manual but I'll wait and see if it comes...

With a £5000 saving I would give them 10/10. Buy a handbook off E Bay for about £5 - 10 or have a quiet word with your salesman because it costs him nothing to take a book out of a showroom car.

I Recently Bought A Brand New Toyota Corolla From

I recently bought a brand new Toyota Corolla from RRG Salford Quays and although the staff were friendly I could not recommend them.

1) I have now owed my car for four months and still don't know how much it cost. I have asked several times and no has got back to me how ever the monthly repayments do not match the the original cost of the car.

2) I also have not received a manual, everything on the dash is a hit or miss and I still don't know how to turn on the front passenger airbag. Again they have not got back to me.

3) When purchasing my car I pacifically asked for no payment protection on the car. Apparently on the day I ordered my car there was no paperwork available. I had to come back at a later date to sign the forms. I arranged a time of 6pm the following week and at 6.50 10 minutes before they closed I had to sign several papers with no time to read them. With only verbal confirmation from the sales person of what I was signing. Yes you can guess I signed up for everything even that dreaded payment protection. When I explained what happened there was nothing I could do as I signed a form and the 30 day cancellation had passed as the car was not delivered until after that time.

4) The company also registered my car and taxed it illegally at a earlier time with out my insurance documents than when I received it meaning I lost out on a months tax.

5) When the car was delivered there was less than a quarter of tank of petrol when the sales person told me it would be delivered with a full tank. When question the sales person denied saying this.

6) Apart for the a salesperson from a call centre trying trying to get me to purchase add ons I still haven't receive one after sales call. When I called with the few concerns I had, they told me to give it a few extra weeks and then come back to them.

7) The 1 month/1000 mile free service was checking of tyres and from my impression of what the sales person told me I was expecting more.

On a plus note I did get free rear sensor parking but when I do finally find out the price this fact could be different!

I have had similar dealings. They sell you a car totally unsuitable for its purpose. The docs weren't ready for me either. The cars never ready when they say it is. Told them I wanted to cancel on numerous occasions and they just ignore you.
