If you are buying and/or part-exchanging a car with this lot, tread carefully. Unfortunately, they are so typical of the second-hand car dealer stereotype on so many fronts! We initially got on well and I, after researching what to watch out for and what questions to ask, went forward and received all the information I required and to an extent a lot of this, you have to take on trust. We were told the car we were buying had been serviced and everything was fine (really?), although we are still awaiting the report, many months later. We were told initially that we shouldn't sell our car through webuyanycar as the price they give you is a lie and they will reduce it substantially at the last minute, which is excatly what they did! We also within a couple of weeks of taking the car, we had to replace all four tyres as they all had slow leaks and the bear minimum legal tread. This cannot be a coincidence! They are now not responding to our calls or emails and unfortunately, we don't live near the dealership. BEWARE and think twice before dealing with them!
