Renault, Cardiff

Renault Cardiff are also a Dacia dealer and I bought my Dacia Duster from them in Sept 2018 The buying process was very pleasant and enjoyable. I have also had the car serviced there and been very pleased with the quality of service and value for money. More recently I made a warranty claim for minor paint defects in the car - the process was painless and Renault/Dacia quickly agreed to rectify the problems. The work was completed perfectly and I was kept advised at all times by the service contact. Dacia is very much an economy brand, with some of the lowest priced cars on the road - but I have experience of a wide range of cars, including Jaguar and Mercedes and I must say that the service from Renault Cardiff was more than a match for the premium brands. Very pleased!

Having been brushed off by the staff member at Toyota and having had the staff at Evans Halshaw try to make me spend far more than I wanted to, I was not in a good mood by the time I got to Renault Cardiff. However, I really like Renault cars and was hopeful that this would be the place to find one.

The used car section was absolutely deserted. I wandered around it by myself for several minutes and as I was finishing my circuit of the cars on the lot, a couple of salesmen came out of their office chatting to each other.

I nodded at one of them and then the other and both of them completely ignored me and walked away continuing their conversation.
