I bought a Mini about 3 weeks ago. The. At was in good condition and offered at a very competitive price. Before I collected the car it was put through a comprehensive check in Reed's workshop and HPI checks were carried out. Unfortunately it very quickly appeared that there was a fault with the air conditioning. Reed's took the car back into the workshop the next morning and when it emerged that the fault was bigger than just a re-gas, I was given a courtesy car and they made sure that the air conditioning was working and fully tested before they gave it back to me. For the few days they had my car they kept me fully informed of its status.

Overall I was very impressed at how efficiently they dealt with what transpired to be a major and potentially costly problem. All of the people I met were friendly and helpful and their coffee is really good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
