I purchased a used Toyota from them. I dealt with two salesmen and they both were fantastic to deal with! Quick to respond and very accommodating! I had some expectations of what aftermarket items I wanted and they were all worked in to our agreement price! Even a week after my purchase when I realized that my heated seats were not working they worked with me and helped me cover my repair costs!

They went above and beyond for me for a used vehicle that they had no obligation to!

I will definitely deal with them again!

This dealer pulled a bait and switch on the price that was negotiated. I negotiated an all-in, everything included deal for a specific dollar amount, minus my trade-in, such that the amount I had left to finance was a specific dollar value. The deal was to include all fees and taxes, everything was spelled out in writing. I left a deposit for the vehicle, and was to pick it up 3 days later. Upon arriving to pick it up, the final bill of sale has additional GST added, over and above the all-in price that was negotiated. The GST was included in the original deal, so they basically tried to charge it twice. In addition, they increased the amount they tried to charge for the air conditioning tax, higher than what is set by the government. They also added additional registration fees which were never discussed. In the end, the price presented at time of vehicle pick up was more than $1300 higher than what was originally agreed upon. I tried to present my case, I tried to meet them halfway, and I tried to renegotiate something that might be suitable for both of us, so that I am not out the $1300 and so that they are not losing that much either. But they refused to do anything about it, turned antagonistic almost immediately, and refused to return my deposit.
