Salesman don't know about the car specification wrong advertising wrong mileage after we bought lots problems warranty doesn't help cheap warranty better avoid

I select one car on autotrader by R DREAM CARS i read review before baying a car i am afraid to bay after reading few realy bad review "don't allow test drive","dodgy","nightmare" but i decide to see the car with brave heart because that was nearest for me.When i reach i like the car but..........

i asked him about test drive they said check every thing before test drive.Then i checked document which satisfy me because that was low mileage car after test drive the car i decide to bay.they are very lovely gays they solved road tax online for me give me free 1 year breakdown cover.very helpful.I asked them about bad reviews they said some people want discount we refuse they give us bad review..every body have different issue and different sense of humor..

I had two car inspections done on 2 vehicles both needed work done to them when you tell them they say that they have got it fixed but when you get there nothing is done when you say knock off some money they are rude.Avoid these guys

We bought the c3 automatic next day we found gearbox faulty we try to call couple of time no helpful at all after that I went to county court to refund my money they give 3 month warranty but not use full sales man very rude he don't want to understand my problem I am single mum I don't have money to fix the gear box repairing cost almost £1200

We looking the car last from 1 month, couldn't find right car, we got the appointment with dream cars to view the corsa we went there we find lots of similar cars very good price , very helpful staff we test drive couple of car all cars nice to drive clean and tidy finally we bought the car, thanks to them

I spent time looking at a Ford Fiesta they have for sale. I know fair amount about cars and this car seemed to be in good condition. I spent about 25 mins looking at the car and 5 mins at the documentation. I was happy with the car and asked to test drive it.... I was told they don't allow test drives! They said they offer a 3 months warranty so any problems then bring it back...! How can you buy a car without a test drive? How am I supposed to judge the suspension, steering, clutch, gearbox and engine performance?

Stay away from them!

There was a nettle plant growing behind the car and the salesman was trying to dig it out with his feet! You own a fairly large car dealership and you can't be bothered to buy a spade!

They have valeting facility yet the car I saw was dirty!
