I had a car crash in my old car a week last Tuesday and I really needed a new car. In the past I have so much bad luck with cars and everything and my cousin mentioned quick car credit to me so I called them and spoke to a guy and he is absolutely amazing an friendly an very helpful he didn't even judge me for my poor credit history and helped me to get the best deal for my car and now I'm in love with my car can't stop driving it but when I bought the car he hadn't had chance to put it through it's not which is what he does every time so he told me to put it through an he would pay for the mot and any work that needed doing which is absolutely amazing. Will definately be going back again for a car so so happy right now.

Our car had broken and we have four children would have been stuck, the gentleman who helped us could not have been anymore helpful he went above and beyond to help us, from the minute I phoned we were welcomed and didn't feel judged at any time for having bad credit overall the gentleman was a god send and e couldn't thank them enough we went there and drove our car away the same day no hassle and even got 5 day drive away insurance which they again paid for thanks again guys.

I am back again at QCC for yet another car! Outstanding service from the salesman again who I dealt with last time I was here. I couldn't get the car I wanted unfortunately BMW X3 as my insurance wouldn't cover me so I went for my second option and bought another 1 series BMW. This just shows the range of cars they have on display. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone as they are great people and this is why I've come back to purchase my second car. I am pretty sure I'll be back again for the third!

I applied online with Quick Car Credit after being refused for car finance everywhere due to a poor credit rating. I received a phone call within the hour from a very helpful sales person. We went through all my income and expenditure and he was sure he could help me. I needed an automatic or semi automatic and this company went above and beyond to make sure they had what I needed! I was a little hesitant at first because they are based a fair way away from where I live but i needn't of worried. I had a new car with affordable payments within a few days and drove home. After a couple of days there was a problem with the car but these guys had it booked into a garage local to me and fixed in no time. I cannot fault them at all! Amazing customer service, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I don't normally write reviews but felt on this occasion it was only fair that I did. I applied online and recorded a phone call they went through some details with me and called me back to say i could have a car. They made me feel welcome from when I arrived and even gave me biscuits with a cup of tea. They really did help me out explained everything and got me into a car when I had struggled everywhere else. It really was a simple process from start to finish and I drove away that day. Thankyou I really am greatful for all your help. See you in 18 months for my next car ;)

After having a problem with our car and not getting much joy of the warranty company the manager sorted out getting our car picked up fixed and brought back in 24 hours.

I went to quick car credit on 16/03/16 to look around and came across a BMW 1 series. I went there not intending to buy on the day but the service I relieved there was no way I could say no, they were faultless. I would like to thank them for sorting this out for me. I am pleased with the car and I would recommend you to anyone. I work in sales myself and the sales service I was given was second to none, I didn't feel pushed or pressured. I just wanted to leave you a review explaining how happy I was because I know in the industry I work in, you don't often get people taking their time to leave reviews about the great service, you only ever hear people wanting to make a complaint. Overall like I've said I am really happy.

I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AND HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO ARE IN THE SAME BOAT OF WHICH 5 HAVE BOUGHT AND THEY HAVE GIVE ME £500 REFEREL INTO MY BANK.
