This Place Is A Joke!
We went here for a specific car. It took us about 2 hours before we could test drive the car! When we test drove it the dealership guy jumped in the front seat and I had to ride in the back! The car was not in any condition to drive and keep pulling to the right! The check engine light was on and so was the low tire pressure light! The inside of the car was so nasty it didn't look like it had even been cleaned. In some of the cars when we looked in the seats they had either burn holes or glass where the window had been busted out. The people that work there are very unprofessional. The doors kept blowing open and it was very cold in the place. The prices that are on the website are not the true prices and when you ask them about it they tell you "Oh, well those are not the prices that you can get!" This place is very shady! When I told them I was going somewhere else they just blew us off! Then when we were about to leave they wouldn't let us leave, they kept saying "what about this car? or this car?" I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! If you want to place that will give you wonderful customer service, great cars and will do anything to make you happy go to Drive Time! If I could give this place zero stars I would!

I Searched Online For A Car Which Was Low Mileage
I searched online for a car which was low mileage and value for money, after taking out a loan to buy a car hoping if I spent abit more money, I would get something which would run for a few years without too much hassle. I found q motors of Bournemouth, after the first attempt at meeting the dealer and trying to have a test drive I was unable to as "a few jobs needed doing" thinking this would be good as any problems would be fixed I arranged to come back a 2nd time, the test drive went well and I bought the car, after half an hour of driving away I realised all was not well, the car has been nothing but trouble needing the engine to be mostly rebuilt, aswell as the jobs which were meant to have been carried out turned out to be a badge job and not a long term fix. Buyer beware, I would recommend having a mechanic check out the car before handing over any money.
