Purchased a BMW 320D exactly on month ago, the clutch went on the way home from work on Friday, called Pure Cars and spoke to an advisor, she said its nothing to do with them anymore and we need to call the Warranty people.... premium rate telephone number, on hold forever to be told its probably not covered as its wear & tear and even if it was, the maximum they will pay out is £300!! Basically its not worth the paper its written on! Have a solicitor friend who has now taken this on and I WILL see it through to the bitter end!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY!
