Ive made an order of several items and only 1 has arrived. So started to exchange emails until the point of exhaustion, the response is always " it will arrive next week", "i will look into it" diferent excuses everytime. An order shipded with no tracking number instead some BS about a cheaper transport... now the guy is gone and the money is gone. It seems like a good way to make free money and noone can do anything about it, ( maybe i will try some day ). Also be carefull the guy has already opened a diferent online car shop with a diferent name.

Doesn't deliver items once he has the money!!! Please don't use!!!

It's so good to see the great store still going even though the cars are rare now. I've been a customer since 2005 and they've kept my car on the road for sure.

For a long time already, the store does not deliver anything but promises. I don't fathom why's the page still up...

No goods and no refund. Why they even bother to promise emails...

Yet again Mark and the team sorted things for my Mazda 323, this time a brake caliper.

I've used the Ford Probe Store for a few years now after they were recommended by the owners club. I've bought from replacement light bulbs to a rear exhaust box, and each time the parts have been delivered promptly - with an order status email letting me know the parts have been despatched.

Responses to enquiries for spares are very quick, and if the part isn't in stock I've always been told so, and given a few leads for possible alternative sources.

Fantastic service all-round, I recommend them highly.
