Review one year down the line of me purchasing an Audi A4 from Pro cars near Southampton. great service and customer experience .... Liked the no pressure selling and follow up on their word on a few minor issues I wanted sorting on the car pre-sale. Would return and would recommend based on 12 months ago experience.

I just bought my new car from Pro cars in Southampton and was hugely impressed with the overall experience. The salesman was very helpful and there was no pressure at all, making the buying procedure very relaxed and stress free. This was a refreshing change after encountering other dealers whose salesman seemed to be pointing a gun at my head. After buying the car, I was also impressed by the after care service and warranty, as they fixed an issue I had with the car promptly and efficiently and with no fuss at all. I haven't got anything bad to say about them, and I would certainly re-visit them again when it's time to get my next car!
