Poor Sales/unsafe Car
I purchased a Ford Fiesta ST from PriceRight Rawdon, Leeds in December 2017. The car left the dealership with two wrong spark plugs (confirmed by Ford York). Subsequently the car's engine lights came on in January and it started running wrong. I contacted them and they advised me to contact Ford in York as I have warranty. Ford took the car in and discovered the problem with the spark plugs which had ultimately damaged the engine. JCT recovered the car from Ford 3 weeks ago and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information from them about when I will get the car back, what's wrong with it, who is dealing with it etc. I've nearly gone a whole month without the car so have had to take taxi's to work and been very inconvenienced by calling them on numerous occasions with no reply. Even yesterday when I called them the person I spoke to had no idea that my car was with them and accused me of doing something to the car that had caused the issue!!
Subsequently I got the car back i March 2018 only to have it 2 hours and the clutch burnt out. Had to get the car recovered. If you buy from this dealership get and independent mechanical advice before you leave.
