Total Lack Of Communication
I visited this car sales on wed 12th Dec to view a Renault Modus and I agreed to buy it and went home to insure it and return the next day to pay for it. I didn't have the reg no so contacted the garage but no reply so I rang them the next day for reg number and to check a detail on the service and I was told they would ring me back in an hour after waiting 2 hours I rang again to be told the car had just been sold by another salesman. I couldn't believe it but now having read the reviews it appears that this isn't the place to go for a car. I am lucky to have purchased a similar car privately £270 cheaper.

excellent garage this would be my fifth car I bought from them I was looking for a new small car for my mum with low millage and rhydian the sales man went out of the way to find me a Peugeot 107 with high spec I was looking for thanks again for your help over the years

I bought a car from these people on the 8th of January, the car had to go back in as there was a engine error fault in early February,they fixed it by telling me that they had practically lied to the car and it was fine. 6 weeks later something went and the car lost power, the car went back in to them to fix but 3 and a half weeks later it is still there. No phone call, no courtesy car offered but after my husband rang they decided to offer me one. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at this garage. I have had no courtesy call from them to tell me what is happening, I feel very disappointed and have requested a refund many times but was offered half my money back. I have contacted trading standards and given advice and best of all a reference number. All I want is this sorry business behind me and a reliable car.

Don't bother going to this garage because once you've handed over your money they don't want to know had a problem with a cart they sold me and they told me it was my fault for doing a service on it and I'd left the rocker cover gasket loose whats this to do on a service I don't know absolutely useless
it was not the rocker cover gasket loose they dont come loose? but your complaint was the smell of smoke this you added you only told me on the sunday when you dropped the car off for us to look at your radio you phoned me about a week before we had a look under the bonnet of your car and i told you the air filter was loose and all the pipes you told me on the phone your mate serviced it a week or two ago the truth is your mate done a service on your car broke it and your blaming us for something he did wrong and he could fix so you fetched it to us to sort out free if this is not true phone me colin dont lie on review sites and make us look bad its you you havent been honest

worst garage i have ever been too... not only are they rude and talk to you like your an idiot, but they scam you and lie to your face!....
Been waiting all day for a repair that they have to wait longer now because the part that they check was correct in the week turns out it was the wrong part, but its taken them 8 hours to figure it out apparently. and rather than order the correct one, wait for me to ring up for the 6th time and ask for a manager to find out for me whats going on, do i get told.

Thank you every one at the garage for the new sale of my car. I have always used this family run garage. Would recommend to any one to use pontyclun car sales. Always had work to my older cars in the past and my cars have always been fixt with pride. I love my new citron and its running like a baby? Thank you to the sales boys for helping me find another car that is suitable for my job and petrol costs and don't forget the colour of my new car was perfect it had to be red. It's nice to no I have you to rely on to help me. And you did just that. And thanks to the work shop boys for the work you have been doing to my other cars? I have been a customer of pontyclun car sales for many years. I have always had excellent service and advice. The car I chose this year for my daughter was ready in time for here 18 birthday. I have always brought my cars and bought my cars from the garage. I would recommend this garage to people I know as the service here is out standing for a family run business.
