I Can't Recommend Them High Enough

Great no Hassle sales, really competitive price for a new Fiesta, Tim the Sales person was very helpful, Finance and insurance advice given, by business manger, Danny in servicing was also very helpful, and, a speedy delivery and presentation of the new car was the icing on the cake. would definitely give Polar Ford Wakefield a try

My Dad Took His Van Into Polar Ford Stockport On 1

My dad took his van into Polar Ford Stockport on 19th January, its now 10th May and he still does not have it back! 4 months to fix a vehicle is just joke! Every week he is told it will be ready for the week after and yet the following week there is just another excuse!!

Just Thought I Would Let Everyone Know About Polar

Just thought I would let everyone know about Polar Ford dealerships.

We have an 09 Focus Titanium and an 08 Mondeo Titanium X both purchased within 2 weeks of each other from Polar Ford in Wakefied earlier this year. The Focus soon developed a crunch in the gearbox going from 2nd to 3rd which was reported to Polar who took it in for the day and 'greased the gator' ??? Needless to say, the problem was exactly the same so we took it back. We were told they would need it for a week so they had arranged a courtesy car, a 58 plate Fiesta, which we would need to insure. At the time we thought nothing of it until we came to arrange the insurance, we were quoted £51 for the week !!!

I phoned Polar at Wakefield who put me through to the Call Centre. I was told that there was no way at all they could arrange insurance, but perhaps a different Polar could do it for me. They later arranged for the car to go in to Polar Ford Barnsley who could arrange insurance but there would still be a £9 charge.

I am disgusted that after spending so much money on 2 Fords that they can't fix my car without me incurring extra costs.

Nothing against Ford, just Polar.
