Really disappointed with this business!

I called them Wednesday morning at 8.30am to make enquiries about two vehicles with the possibility of a third. As a business we were looking to purchase up to seven vehicles over the next three months.

So I spoke with a man, who answered all my questions and I said I would confirm with the finance company we have already got finance set up with.

I called back at 10am to put deposits down on the two vehicles in question. I was told the person I spoke to was with a customer and would call me back.

By 13.30pm I still hadn't heard from him so I called again. At the same time I was looking at the vehicles online, I noticed the prices on the four vehicles of the same model had been increased.

I assumed PJ Commercials would honor the price we had agreed (full asking price) however, I was told this was not possible and the new increased prices were what I would need to pay.

Around 15.30pm the Finance company called me to say they had called PJ Commercial to purchase the vehicles. But were told the prices were increased.

I called and spoke with the same man at 15.45pm and said I would meet in the middle on price. He said he felt terrible and if honest I believe the price increase was made above him.

He said he would call me back before the end of the day after he's put my offer to the directors.

It's now 19.30pm on Thursday and I've still not had a call. I chased up today at 12.30pm and was told he was with a customer and would call me straight back.

We were looking to purchase atleast two vehicles totaling £39,228 and they lost this sale and further sales from us over £2,300.

So as you can imagine I was not impressed and would suggest anyone looking to purchase from this company to put a deposit on straight away, don't show interest, then give them time to increase the price while you consider the purchase.

Due to covid saw the van on the video. Travelled 3 hours one way to pick up and it had error on the dash. They advised me to ride on the motorway and it will disappear. this not happened, so was sorted under manufacturers warranty. Dealer then told me that front of the vans was taken off at some point due to poorly reattached parts. Then in the sunny day I noticed that van from all the sides was painted in different places. In the sunlight it's completely different colours. Asked them how we will sort this and been told it's been sent to the manager. Waiting reply from manager for 2 months. Of course anticorrosion warranty from manufacturer is voided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

best sales team i have dealt with on a second hand van second to none i would not buy a van from any where else had a problem with the compressor it was all sorted out straight away thanks

I was very pleased with the professional set up, and particularly the service i received from the two guys I dealt with. I received my sprinter van in a very clean and presentable fashion. Was offered the opportunity to test drive. Paper work was dealt with very swiftly,enjoyed the coffee and the chat, and was on my way to London within the hour. I would have no hesitation in saying and promoting their professional service, and a big thank you to the person I dealt with for his curtiousness.

Picked my transit connect up today was really happy with the outcome. Van drives amazing a few small problems which the ever helpful nick sorted for me, even went to the expense of ordering a part for the van I wasn't happy with.

Found the staff really friendly and helpful no problems there!

................even met the old ogre reg and you know what he wasn't like all the stuff I'd read about him ! He to was friendly and helpful. Would recommend PJs to anyone

Ounce thay have had your money that don't care rang up 7 times in two week very rude and that don't ring you back never use this place again and wouldn't

Recommend any one to buy from here .reg is full of fuals promeses ounce he's been paid

He keeps ignoring your phone calls keep well away

From derby ,picked my van from " reg" at pj's on the way home bad wobble on the front of the van rang reg must be tracking ! So I got home got the van tracked up still no good needed new wheels all round and shocks on the front of the van then told by mertrux Derby the van has been in to bad bump one the front one on the back all the lights of an older model the van is rusting very very bad! Iam now going on a long legal battle try to get pj's bought to court thay don't no it yet the van we think has done more miles than stated on clocks so meny other problems please give this place a wide birth for you own safety .. New clutch at 24000 new shocks at 24000 new wheels at 24000 new lights 24000 locks don't work 240000 !!! Somethings just not Wright

VERY BAD SERVICE, SALESMAN AND STAFF ARE RUDE & LIE TO YOUR FACE, AND ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY THAT IT...RIP OFF LIES!!

Very happy with the service I received from sales staff, received everything I was promised from sales staff regarding my sprinter van I bought, will recommend this company to others, I am very happy with my van, have had no problems with the van as I have had it over 2 months now,
