Extremely Rude And Abrupt !!!
Just made an enquiry about a car advertised on autotrader lady was very rude and abrupt and insisted on us bringing the full amount if we was viewing would not confirm any details about vehicle and just kept referring back to autotrader said it had nothing to do with her, yet from previous reviews it clearly has! Doesn;t deserve any business at all, needs reporting ! Needless to say we I won't be visiting.

Disgraceful - Now Calls Herself Pj Car Sales -avoid
My son bought his first car from this company, the car we brought home was not the car advertised in Autotrader - extra 20K miles on the clock, No service history as advertised, and 7 months MOT turned out to be 6 weeks MOT. Unfortunately this was not noticed until we had paid cash and brought the car home. The person from PJ Car Sales claimed this was an admin error in the advertisement although since the incident I have found that this 'error' has occurred with other customers who have had a similar experience with cars bought here. I requested a refund and to return the car which she initially said was ok then said was not possible. Following advice from CAB I issued a summons. Amanda was worryingly well versed in the procedure and a means of avoiding prosecution, clearly something she has gone through before, she assured me that I would struggle to get anything through the court as she stated she 'just helped out' and the business was that of her partner/lodger although the trading address is her home. In the end two months after buying the car from her and after many promises of 'trying to get the money together' I finally managed to return the car and received a refund, mainly because I threatened to reissue the summons with her personally as a co-defendant with her partner/lodger t/a PJ Car Sales. To my amazement the car was re-advertised on Autotrader before I had even returned it to her -STILL with misleading mileage , service history and MOT. The worst car buying experience ever - I am not alone - I have seen several similar reviews since which she somehow manages to have removed ?? Buy from this company with extreme caution.
Q&A
We are trying to get a £100 deposit paid to this company back, after they rang us hours after we paid the deposit from a different number, saying the car has been sold. Both this number and the number we used to talk to them before paying the deposit were on the advertisement. Have spoken to them on the phone several times and sent my bank details for deposit, still no joy. Have found the landline number and trying again, any advice as to what to do if still no joy? I have the text messages with his bank details.
