Very thorough, flexible with timings and friendly but well overpriced on standard jobs eg £50 for tracking. I needed a new wheel but the tyre was fine; they charged £11 to 'swap the old tyre' plus £10 for valve and balancing. As they took one tyre off and put one on, allbeit on a different rim, I don't understand the extra fee. Also I was told a list of work 'needed' after an MOT with no mention that only one of the items had actually failed. Finally the advertised servicing prices on the banners outside are exclusive of VAT - again not mentioned until you see the bill.
