I had my Vectra serviced there back in August, which was fine and the cost was ok. Four weeks later, I can notice a scraping noise from the back everytime I apply the breaks. So I take it back and they tell me my pads had worm out and I now need new pads and disks. After arguing with them for twenty minutes, they reduced the cost by £70 but could not see why it was a problem as they tried pointing out they only do a 'visual' check on the pads i.e if they can't see behind the wheel, they won't bother...

For a 'main Dealer' garage, I was and still am disgusted with their attitude.
