Hidden Damages
I was informed the vehicle had a little accident but what Pennine prestige did was hide the damage inside the airbags and to commit such an outrageous job that if I happen to have an accident ,the airbags would never had deployed because of the selfishness and inefficiency of this dealer.After one year I am still paying a lot of money to fix this vehicle.

Got My Second Car And No Problems
I am on my second car now from pennine. I have purchased a 3 series BMW and an Insignia from them and the staff there have been more than helpful whether it be an enquiry or a rectification made under warranty a top class service. I would like to highlight the quality of service. The salesman who has previously gone well out of his way to help me when I had problems with my 320D. He was also patient whilst I bombarded him with questions and not once was there a feeling of obligation or pressure to buy the car when I was viewing and test driving. Following the test drive I decided to buy the car, he listened to the small complaints I had about it and had them all sorted by the time I picked it up just 2 days later! He kept his word with all of the promises he made and I am over the moon with the car - it is great.
2 cars later and still loyal, it speaks for itself really doesn't it.
