recently bought an Audi from this garage and i was very happy with the service we received, the car developed problems ( not present at the time of purchase) and when i contacted the garage, they asked us to bring it back and repaired it free of charge and we had it back in day, this type of service is hard to find now and we highly recommend anyone to the garage. many thanks for the help Pat Lavery 5 stars.

I have bought three cars from this garage mondeo and two vectras the owners are fantastic the mechanics are brilliant very clever and hard workers they know things about all makes of cars better than main dealers they are not to expensive i only take my car to this garage to have any work done mot or service or any of the problems which do come along with any car they are always happy kind and respectful they are the best garage in the north east we'll done

Called in after seeing the car online and on eBay. Was left to look around in our own time and then we approached the owner/manager when we were ready. The guy was extremely friendly and honest about everything about the car and took it on a test drive with my husband. It came with full mot with no advisories. All work needed had already been carried out. Including expensive work the dealer felt was necessary. The rear brake was sticking slightly but he rectified that before we handed over the money. All in all fantastic experience! Would definitely go back if I wanted another car. Would use for services and mot if I didn't live an hour away!

Make Sure You Know What You're Looking At Before You Go!
I visited this seller after spending time looking for a suitable replacement vehicle. I called ahead to make sure the cars were there and had to question that I had rang the right number as the salesman couldn't even confirm the company name when I asked.
Now I'm not saying that salesmen should know everything about cars but when I'm told an egr valve (otherwise known as an exhaust gas recirculation valve) has nothing to do with the exhaust and is just a solenoid and that a possible clutch rattle is nothing to worry about as being an old car things will rattle and could in no way be related to the flywheel alarm bells start ringing. I went along with the sales pitch and was then told it is what it is and if I didn't want a car that rattles then I should look at newer cars.
The cars may very well be good but just know what you are looking at before you go. I can't comment on after sales since I chose not to buy a car from this seller.

Not Bad But Could Be Better..
Just bought a new car from this garage.. am very pleased with my purchase but was abit annoyed with the fact the boss never carried out the sale but handed it to the valeter to close the deal..seems abit odd..
I only saw the car once prior to the sale upon collection I noticed a few other bits which I mentioned not wanting a deduction or anything but just mentioned it, I was shot down with the " tell you what forget about the car don't buy it.." from the owner..
I never once said I wasn`t going to buy it..
seemed a nice bloke to start but may have abit of an attitude..
But none the less I am happy with my car and the excellent job the VALETER did selling me it..
If another time comes where I will be looking for a new car I will still give pat lavery a look..
