I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE NEGATIVE FEED BACK FROM A REVIEWER ON YOUR SITE BUT I AM SURE IF THAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME I TOO WOULD BE UPSET. I HAVE PURCHASED 2 CARS FROM ONGER IN THE LAST 5 YEARS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO AT LEAST 5 OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALSO PURCHASED FROM THEM. I TOO WANTED A SPECIAL CAR AND FOUND IT ON THE ONGER WEB SITE AND THE PURCHASE WAS A VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE AND THE AFTER SALES ARE SECOND TO NONE, WE FOUND THAT AS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THE PEOPLE THEY EMPLOY CARE ABOUT THERE JOBS AND TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

AS I SAID I TOO WOULD BE UPSET IF THINGS WENT WRONG WITH MY PURCHASE BUT IM ALSO SURE THAT MISTAKES CAN SOMETIMES HAPPEN BUT I WOULD STILL USE ONGER BRIDGE AS MY FIRST CHOICE AND SO WOULD THE OTHERS I KNOW WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM.

This failed transaction has left me and my fiancée feeling deceived and deflated.

After spending 2 months searching for our dream car just in time for the birth of our 1st child, we decided to contact Ongar Bridge after seeing a vehicle that fitted the bill.

After a few phone calls we decided to take the plunge and put a deposit down on a vehicle on the Saturday with the promise of a phone call on Monday to sort out the proceedings in picking the vehicle up etc.

Well the phone call came but that was to say that they had made a terrible mistake and had sold our car to somebody else despite "securing" it with a deposit; without a real, genuine apology and no remorse. Appalling! It's a shame there is nothing I can do about it legally. Basically, I would not go anywhere near this company ever again and neither should anyone else. Don't waste your time.
