I bought a car from here 2nd of April car has numerous faults and has broke down 4 times has spent 3 weeks in different garages getting repaired only and still in being repaired now owned car 4 weeks no courtesy car so was stuck had to dance appointments if they offer you a car you have to put it on your own insurance at your own cost what garage does this will never go here again

Buying the car was a great they were very quick to sort the deal and and shake hands but after that went all down hill

We waited for 2 hours just to be seen again then more time just waiting to finally be seen which they tried to sell us everything under the sun

We then went back the next day to collect the car to find no floor mats valve caps missing only came with one key no cigarette lighter but worst of all no handbooks and service records we bought a 2 year old a3 which cost us a lot

We complained about this just to be told they didn't get handed in with the car

I find this very poor
