Not All As It Seams
After being recommended thought I would give this lot a try. Was given a little bit of a run around after finding a vehicle. The staff did not once walk around vehicle with me. After finding a few faults was assured that they were going to be dealt with by the in house mechanic. After receiving a call the next dayto be assured everything was done it was not. The finance I was told they use was completely different to what was put through. In a whole would not recommend this garage to anyone. And still waiting for service history which was guaranteed. To follow in the mail.

I Have Bought Two Company Vans From Mylbrook And T
I have bought two company vans from Mylbrook and two cars, on each occassion they have gone to great lengths to find the vehicle I was seeking and have supplied very reliable ones. The proprietor is very blunt, which I appreciate because he has always given me accurate and sound descriptions of vehicles before I have travelled to see them.

Rude, Shady Used Car Dealership
Picked up from train station to view a car. Test drive back to the dealership, asked about service history and was told 'Alan' knew more about the car and to talk to him. Sit in the office, cup of tea all seems very nice and then have an invoice put under my nose. Request to inspect the car (accepted, still polite at this point), at which point I find a serious oil leak and 4 worn brake discs. On reporting that I was no longer interested in the car, I was accused of wasting their time, saying that I had agreed verbally to buy the car (I only agreed to view it and had not inspected it when I was asked to sign for the car). Without a car myself I enquired as to how I would return to the train station, was asked to leave and told to walk (which ended up being half an hour down an A road in the wind and rain). Very rude, shady outfit.
Just spotted review listed by Mr S C in June. As the owner of the dealership concerned I have investigated the complaint and found it to be true. This vehicle was a part exchange to clear which was on sale for less than a £1000 and was not representative of our stock. However this does not excuse our behaviour and I would like to apologies for our treatment of Mr S C. I am confident this should not happen again.
