I was a bit wary because of the "mixed reviews" I had read on here but because their estimated price was the best of a few companies I had tried I decided to make an appointment and try them , and I'm so glad I did , got the price I was expecting , hassle free no problems what so ever , very satisfied !

They quote a great price on their system, however once you get there it all changes! They said the car was good, yet they had to reduce the price due to the fact it was the end of the month blar blar...nothing they said made any sense. They give you a headline grabbing price online, and then back peddle once you get there. My advice if you go prepare, for a big drop, better still try one of the other firms!

Never use this company - go to the more reputable nationally advertised competitor who are professional and turned my sale around on the same day.

I never sold my car with these people because they could not tell the truth - one member of staff said one thing / another said totally different and the secretary could not even confirm when staff were going to be in / out.

The number provided is never answered so you have to use the main reception, the staff never return calls and they go on leave having made an appointment to see you - in fact, they are completely unorganized.

Further observation; as the previous reviews go from disaster (which is my experience)to fantastic, this can only lead me to one conclusion - a further low.

After being quoted a low but reasonable offer of £3590 online for my 06 Seat Leon I visited "moveanymotor" near Gosforth. Following a test drive and a vehicle inspection the assistant offered me £2500, and suggested I was lucky they were interested at this price. The reality is that their intention in nothing less than daylight robbery, only at least if the car was stolen my insurance company would have given me the £4000 book price and I'd be better off. My impression is that this company preys on individuals who are desperate to sell for cash and therefore find poor souls willing to sell. Anyone who has an inclination of the value of their vehicle won't bother wasting one hour of their time. I recommend you move your own motor.

I sold my car on Monday 17th February and was told that the finance would be sorted first thing Tuesday 18th February. I rang my finance company on the Thursday to be told they had not received or heard from these people and same again on the Friday. I also rang this company Friday to be told who I need to speak to had gone home and would hear from them on Monday 24th. I had to ring again Monday 24th to be told that they have sent a cheque out??? yet I have been on the phone to my finance company every day and no cheque has been received. I would not recommend selling your car for the finance to be settled to these unless you want a lot of unnecessary stress in which I am still waiting to be resolved. Poor service!!!

Don't think selling your car to this self titled 'big company' will ensure you receive the money for your vehicle. I've just had a cheque from them that didn't clear as they had insufficient funds!! Also don't expect the online valuation of your vehicle to be close to what they offer you on the day. The online value will be much higher than any other car buying site, but when you get there it will be on a par with the rest. A good ploy to get you there in person though.

This waste of space company have been collecting my car for the past 4 weeks , keep coming up with the most stupid excuses you have ever heard ( must think I was born yesterday ) the telephone wasn't answered very often at all , when it was the person who you wanted to speak to wasn't available get them to ring you back surprise surprise they didn't . Absolute sham wouldn't trust them to sell a wheelbarrow!!!! Have lost more money in the past 4weeks waiting &waiting&waiting!!!!! .

After the vehicle inspection and test drive I was offered a very fair price in relation to the offer I received from the website. It was more than i eignitionpected and even more than I hoped for. I knew my car needed a little cosmetic work on a patch of paintwork but nothing that included repairing or replacing any panels. I felt that the offer reflected thi very fairly.

I had previously inquired with a car dealer as to the trade in value of my car and been to a competitor car buying service for quotes. These had come in at just under two thirds of my sale price to moveanymotor.com.

Amongst my reasons to sell to moveanymotor.com was also an experience, only hours earlier at a like for like car buying service after only turning the ignition on identifying an apparent exhaust fault. Then subsequently called me back later increasing their offer saying they had deducted too much at my initial offer appointment. Moveanymotor.com made no reference to an exhaust fault and as a result came across as a trustworthy business amongst other 'shady' operator's.

I would not hesitate to recommend Moveanymotor.com to a friend and only wish their advertising stuck in my mind more than their competitors.

I got my valuation online,made my appointment and went along to see what they had to offer. The chaps were friendly and informative. After waiting no more than ten minutes whilst my car was inspected they came back with an offer which was only slightly lower than the initial online valuation. The bottom line with moveanymotor for me is that if you are honest and fair about your car you will get an honest and fair valuation for your car. I would not hesitate to use the service again and would recommend it to anyone. Quick, fair and hassle free, give it a shot you have nothing to lose!

I have called this company many times in order for somebody to give me a call back in relation to viewing my car, but the company very keep making false promises to ring me back. The staff I spoke to are rude and I have wasted weeks of my time chasing them up and half the time the people in the office don't bother picking up the phone!! I have no doubt that they have no interest whatsoever of purchasing cars of people. I appeared to have a fair valuation from them, but I have now realised Its a complete sham!
