Risk Versus Reward
Recently bought a Car D car from here ,clearly labelled as such . Asked all the questions and got the answers I needed including an MOT and an eng report . I don't usually leave reviews but having read what was here I nearly didn't bother buying.I feel some of the reviews are bordering on racist. Yes , it's not much of premises but the selling price reflects the lack of overheads , I sold my old car to someone who operates out of disused pig sheds and got £1000 more than I would from an approved dealer . The repairs were not perfect factory standard but I didn't expect it it. I did have to ring them up a few times but still. They picked me up at the airport and all went well.I am more than pleased with the car for the price I paid. If you want a 1 year old car for half the price of a new one and you don't mind a few bodywork imperfections great . If you want a perfect car then pay the full whack. They didn't ask me to pay more for a warranty with a 3rd party, it was included. I have bought cars from Approved dealers which had marks I didn't see because they tea cutted and polished them over. Equally had to challenge some issues from these approved dealers on aftercare . So pay our money and take your chance.... or don't

Don't Buy From This Company
The advert in Autotrader looked enticing, the specification of the car was amazing, the pictures were attractive, the price was low, the downside was it was Cat D. Who wouldn't enquire about vehicles like this. I phoned once, the sales person was, although polite, not very forthcoming with information and not very helpful. Alarm bells started ringing. I left my details and they didn't return my call. I live over 300miles away. I called again, the person was talking to me as if he was doing me a favour. So I read some reviews from this company, formerly Halifax Village autos now Pennine Prestige. I'm so glad I didn't purchase from here after reading the reviews, so thanks to people who put these postings up. I've now bought from a main dealer, it's not a saving if you get hassle.

Used Honda Civic
After reading previous reviews I was surprised to find the guys at Pennine Prestige exceptionally well mannered and extremely respectful to my elderly Father[whom we had taken along for the ride ] .I felt they were as honest as they could be and the car I purchased I am thrilled with ,just goes to show a book cannot be judged by its cover ,I say this because the website points to a high end dealership which could be a bit of a shock when you arrive... having said that there is nothing at all wrong with the place .If there is a car at a reduced price there is always a reason and unfortunately some people forget this fact .I would have no problem recommending Pennine prestige at all .I am just going to add this review is not a fake as I have seen those type of comments listed .

Pennine Prestige
I saw a car on the website which was advertised at a good price and the picture looked of a high quality showroom and professional set up.
Then calling them I was spoken to in a rude manner. That was just the first call to ask if the car was still on sale not even a complaint call.
The was was over twenty thousand pound so I did some research and have friends who live in Halifax. I mentioned the garage to them and they laughed an said run a mile. Described it a run down shed and if I wanted to set my money on fire then its probably the best palce to go from what they've herd.
Clearly the positive reviews below have been written by them. It is clear in the language used and any fool could work that out for themselves.
AVOID THEM AND KEEP YOUR CASH

A bunch of foul mouthed highway men , cars are repaired to a poor standard and the garage is a joke !!!! . All that glitters is not gold !!!!!! . You would be better buying the car you want a year or so older that's got a good history and not badly repaired ex salvage !!!!!
this is a fake review - it is easy to tell
Time Wasters!!
Made a appointment to view a Toyota land cruiser .
Travelled 3/4 hours , was extremely clean in advert and company was presented as a well established showroom, upon arrival I thought it was a mistake an I'm lost.
The photos were photoshopped there is no showroom just a rundown old unit behind a takeaway! The car was not as described no service history. I didn't bother even starting it as the bodywork was bad enough to put me off.

These guys publish images of cars on Autotrader and Motors.co.uk that are not a true representation of the actual cars on the forecourt. Having travelled a considerable distance to view a vehicle that was presented in immaculate condition on autotrader, I discovered to my horror that it was accident damaged and in very poor condition.
I have better things to do with my afternoons that taking 2 hours out to be treated like this by a dishonest car dealer.

Pathetic Service.
I have made four separate enquiries to this company in an effort to buy a 2013 % series Touring. I expressed how keen I was and that I was prepared to pay a holding deposit before I travelled from Northern Ireland to view and hopefully buy. Each of the email enquiries, two of which were via Autotrader have gone unanswered.
IS THIS A GOOD/DECENT WAY TO DO BUSINESS? A RESOUNDING NO FROM ME.
After reading reviews I am so glad that I did not travel and will now pull the plug on any potential sale.
BE CAREFUL PEOPLE...READ THE REVIEWS DO THE RESEARCH BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS CROWD.
