why isnt my advert about motortrade direct on line thought this is a comment page and review good and bad,

motortrade rubbish after sale service ,won`t pay up for ever chasing them for payment they don`t keep promises they say but don`t do,buy elsewhere you be dissapointed with this car sales and waste your money on a car from them .

we bought a car from motortrade direct on Tondu Rd last December kept on going back for repairs and they failed to do so car been stuck in gargare since feb last year 2010 ,they ignore all phone calls and letters even when you take them to court they even ignore that i would not recomend anybody to buy a vechicle from this comapany as they palm you off with excuss and exuss,money totally wasted.I wished i went somewhere else,i wish i took a vechile inspector th the garage with me after sales service zero.

If you want a worthwhile guarantee and aftersales service dont use this trader.

I bought a car recently from Motortrade Direct and was totally satisfied with the service I received. Having bought cars from the main dealers in the past I can totally recommend this used car dealer.

Bought my last 2 cars from MTD and cannot fault the service at all, the first time i went to MTD i was carless has i had been involved in a RTA and my car was written off, Mark didnt have a car that i liked at the time, so he let me borrow a car from him until he found me a car that i wanted.

I will only now buying cars from MTD, have recommended to everyone thats asks where to go for a new car.

Used Motor Trade Direct several times, always satisfied with the result. After sales service excellent, sales personnel very polite and helpful. Great selection of used vehicles but if they haven't got what you want, they'll find it for you.

I bought 3 cars from motortrade direct and a small van, i would highly recommend motortrade direct for their proffessional service and aftersales care,my future vehicles will also be bought with them and i have recommended lots of my freinds who have also been happy.

I have read the past 2 comments and can disagree totally, i have bought 2 cars from Motortrade Direct and so has several of my friends, yes as with any cars you will get a problem or 2 however Motortrade has allways sorted them out.

I think i can speak 4 the majority of people the service my friends and i have recieved is second 2 none.

Salesmen will promise the earth but will not deliver.Aftersales service nil.Would not recommend to anyone,they even ignore trading standards.Faults on used Citroen have never been resolved.
