We ordered a Golf Gti in November 2010 with Car Provider and paid the deposit as agreed, we were told we would be kept informed every step of the way and the car would be waiting 3 weeks prior to collection in March 2011.

We phoned up in Feb 2011 as we had heard nothing from them and we were told not to worry the car would be here and ready. A week before march we had still heard nothing they never contacted us once we did all the chasing and calling.

We were finally told 14 days ago that they were cancelling the order of our car and 13 other Golfs that were on order with customers and returning our deposit as they could not fulfill the order. They have returned the deposit with a excuse of an aplogogy but no out of pocket exspenses.

Thank you very much for 7 months waisted time and 2 months depreciation on our trade in.They are complete joke and I would not reccommend them to my worst enemy.

They never contact you - always chasing them - complete joke - please read the terms & conditions on the back of the order form!!

I purchased a Renault Megane Coupe from this company in 2007.

I found the service was 1st class as good as any dealership and the vehicle was excellent vaule for money.

I do and will continue to recommend this company to all.

My found the only down side was that I live in kent.

The location means that you take the car on faith, it is registered to you prior to pick up so a challenge over any item is difficult.Did not get any v5c, or warranty documents or service documents.Worst of all 4 weeks later no excise licence so can't use it. DVLA now confirm no application made. The saving was not worth the grief.
