Poor customer service, told my elderly mother they would do a deal on price, let us test drive for her to then tell her they couldn’t do the deal, waited around half an hour for someone to deal with us as customers, not good my poor parents in their 70s lost the car they wanted over £140... they had already said they couldn’t make this up and was told “don’t worry we will look after you, have a test drive and we will reduce slightly”. Just be honest and say no rather than build someone’s hopes up,,,,

I bought a car from motonet and unfortunately the timing chain snapped after having the car not even a week, but motonet went out of their way to help out, they picked the car up from me even though I live nearly 2 hours away and got me a curtesy car the same day despite other car companies not being able to do this for me previously. As a former car salesman of 10 years Motonet is without doubt the best used car dealership in the City of Coventry and arguable the country. As a small family business they are the brand! They are people with integrity and actually care about what they do. They never over-promise but they certainly over-deliver!! I'm now on my second car from them and they have help me find the best after sales and repair garages when I need to maintain the car. I would happily pay more from Motonet because with the name comes the assurance that as your needs of the car change they will move mountains to help you

I found myself in an unusual situation where I was let down by a company (The Car Buying Group)who agreed at a price we agreed to purchase my car, however they failed to inform me that someone was coming to assess the car further to find and nit pic anything on a second hand car to reduce the figure so be careful with these companies on top of this I had agreed to purchase a car from Motonet and this was now in jepoardy so I called and spole to a lovely lady Abbey and informed her that I was in a difficult situation and she said let me have a word with our Sales Manager and call you back.

So 10 mins later I received a call from Abbey and to my delight they were prepared to take my car in as part exchange and at the price agreed with the Car Buying Group.

I was beside myself with joy and happiness and I thoroughly recommend them for their customer service and their willingness to help in any situation.
