I placed an order for a car subject to work being carried out on it on a Saturday afternoon. The dealer was then closed for 2 days over the bank holiday. During this time I found out that the MPG he had quoted me was more than the car actually does.9 oclock Monday morning I questioned this at the dealer, and after consulting Glass,s guide agreed with me but refused to refund my deposit as he stated he had worked on the car by giving it a polish. On inspecting the car this was untrue but still refused to refund my £250. Totally dishonest dealer who should be avoided at all costs,
