Bought a car from here and also exchanged my car they misold the car to me and then wanted another £1000 to swap it for a car to suit my needs for a car that was up for the price I paid said he would only give me Street value for it now... Wasn't willing to compromise on anything even the other guy in the office agreed with the fault of the car I had.

When i test drove the car there was a rattle they said they would sort it out for delivery and they would have a good look over the car and any issues would be sorted. when i picked the car up it was still rattling so i took it back after having the car looked at buy a local mechanic who also found there was a hole in the flexi pipe on the exsaust when i went in to try and sort the problem out they laughed at me saying " it could of just happened" they soon changed there tune when i mentioned vosa and trading standards. Then they had my car all day and didnt even sort it then the next day when they did bodge it up the rubbish garage that they use to fix there cars welded it on upside down so my exsaust was hanging down really low . In the end i give up and done the job myself.

i would never buy a car from them again

Recently needed to upgrade my car. Having previously purchased from Mainline, I had no hesitation in going back to check what they had available. The selection was varied: large 4x4s, executive saloons and hatchbacks. There are places to buy cheaper cars, but here they seem to avoid the 'bargain basement' cars. All the cars I checked were in excellent condition and all had full and detailed service histories. I eventually decided on a low mileage BMW, which was fully valeted, serviced and ready for collection 2 days later.It's worth mentioning that my previous purchase from here is still running as well as ever(it's the wife's car). Could not fault the service received and would definitely purchase from them again, highly recommended!

Don and his crew where hired to just do a small delivery job, but they tretead it with the same attention as a big move by wrapping the furniture, covering my banisters, and putting it all together. Anything I asked them to do was not a problem . I would recommend and hire them!
