Absolutely Shocking !!!!
Bought a car as I took it off forecourt he miraculously told me it had a dual mass problem . 4 days later it broke down . Thinking it was the dual mass I took it to my garage to be fixed . Turns out the cam carrier was broken . After that getting fixed it's apparent that the bottom end on the engine is gone . UNDER THE SALES OF GOODS ACT 1979 IT IS LAW THAT HE HAS A RESPONSABILITY OF FOR 6 MONTHS THE CAR IS :

4 days later the car broke down and over a month later it is still stuck outside a garage and they are not willing to do anything about it

Do Not Buy A Car From Here!
Purchased a car from here which was overpriced to start with. Not only were there then faults with broken seats and electrics, the heaters do not work properly, the drivers wing mirror had been taped/glued in and the back seats are still damp after 3 months and smell like what can only be described as cats pee!! This was masked at the start but the car has obviously got wet inside at some point and never had chance to dry or been cleaned properly. I am now experiencing an engine which sounds like a motorbike and I can't even imagine how much this is going to cost to get sorted. One nightmare after another, just a bunch of conmen after your money!
Worst I've Ever Been Treated At A Garage
Went to the Pontyclun branch to look at a car for my girlfriend. I was approached by two salesmen who literally threw the keys at me. When I asked about the car his answer was "it's a Peugeot" in a sarcastic manner. They then left to play around with the mechanics and never came back. I'm a mechanic myself so know my way around cars, I noticed a few engine niggles so picked it up with the salesman to see if he'd sort it before buying, he shortly said "no, it's for you to sort out". Considering they were asking nearly DOUBLE what the car was worth you'd think they'd ensure it's in absolutely tip top condition. He wouldn't even move on the price, just simply said "buy a car somewhere else". Being in the car trade I can honestly say I've never been treated so poorly at a garage. I'm not even the type to review a garage but the service was so shocking I needed to warn others to steer well clear! If this is their attitude I dread to think what their aftercare service is like. They honestly don't deserve the business!

A Dealership That Is Quick To Take Your Money And
A dealership that is quick to take your money and then has no further interest. Their after sales are non existent and if you by the car on finance (as I did) they tell you to contact the finance company when things go wrong. Made no effort to repair my car and ignored all letters.
Avoid them and spend you money elsewhere.
