I just bought my second car from LHD and Gavin. Exactly as the first time (then a Audi A4), I got all the support and help during the time of searching the perfect car for me. At last we found the XC60, and Gavin together with LHD made sure the car was looked after and all admin too. The car was delivered in excellent condition as promised, all the paperwork was completed and correct, then the keys in my hand from the driver saying "enjoy!".

Although it might seem unusual to buy a car online, I can really vouch for LHD being a extremely serious company, great customer service, always replying by email within the next few hours (or by calling). There are absolutely no worries to buy your car from them.

Important was the personal contact, both by email and phone. We had an excellent choice of cars and a good deal was agreed for part exchange of our old one. The arrangements for the purchase and the transporting and registering of the car were all clearly explained. Collection was arranged at our convenience and in fact finally took place on New Years day as we were delayed by snow!!! At each stage all was explained clearly and we were reassured about the financial arrangements by LHD being open and enabling contact with their own banking advisers. We have been very pleased with the car and would certainly use LHD Car Supermarket again.

Having gone through the personal importation procedure some 10 years ago when we imported a new LHD Land Rover Discovery from The Netherlands, we were only too aware of what is involved in securing a LHD car with UK plates. And didn't want to repeat it; this time someone else was going to get our car for us!

We discovered LHD Supermarket on the Internet and, amongst the many cars on their web site, we found an almost new BMW X3 which fitted the bill perfectly for us in terms of price, colour and specification.

Having contacted Gavin of LHD Supermarket, who offered us a generous trade-in allowance on our Italian registered Fiat Panda, our BMW was ordered. And within four weeks our car was delivered to Nottingham from Germany and registered with DVLA.

Despite it being 8 months old with 12,000 km it was in show room condition when we picked it up and really had that 'new car' feel. The whole process had gone very smoothly from start to finish and we drove away with smiles on our faces. Well done LHD Supermarket and well done Gavin Stafford.

From start to finish I could not have been more happy with Gavin and LHD Car Supermarket. It was so so simple. I gave details of my current car and was given a very sensible price for it. so I traded in my old car, was sent several pictures and details of proposed car. I chose what I wanted and it was delivered to my door in pristine condition and my old car was on its way. The most perfect way of doing business. No tarting around car showrooms and getting bored stiff with salesmen trying to extoll the virtues of their stock. everything done from the comfort of my home and a computer. I will certainly be back.

After searching fruitlessly for a 5 series 4x4 touring Bmw I was presented with a large selection. Found the pefect one and within no time it was delivered to my house in France. We puchased a Merc 200 SLK Kompressor two and a half years ago all transactions as per book.Condition superb,supplied via Germany to the UK then driven over to France for us a very pleasant and helpfull experiance for all concerned.Now thinking about an Aston Martin DB9 wherefrom yes LHD of course.

As many other satisfied customers have mentioned in their reviews, I was another one who was quite reluctant to part with my money without seeing the car. But true to their word, LHD Supermarket delivered and delivered well on the Audi A3 I had bought from them. The major disappointment / surprise was the tax bill I received from the Spanish government (just over 800 euros) when I wanted to register the car in Spain. Apparently you need to own the car for at least 6 months to be exempt from the tax. The biggest concern was that the car ended up being uninsured for over three months because I was caught in an "insurance limbo". UK insurance companies would not insure me because I was no longer a UK resident (fair enough!!). Spanish insurance companies would not insure because I had UK plates!! In the end everything was sorted out and I am happy with the car but I do believe that the staff at LHD Supermarket should be able to inform potential customers of the potential pitfalls one can come across concerning the registration of vehicles in Europe. I do not expect them to be experts but it is assumed that most customers are going to buy a left-hand drive car to use in mainland Europe and they are dealing with suppliers from all over Europe.

I found it very difficult to get a decent deal on an Audi Q5 in France. However lhdcarsupermarket sourced exactly the right vehicle/spec at a very competitive price, much better value than local dealers. Not only that they offered me a great part exchange deal on my existing lhd French registered Audi.The vehicle was exactly as described on the website. Everything went to plan, including delivery. Overall the whole customer 'experience' was amazing and I would recommend this service to anybody contemplating buying a LHD vehicle.
