I recently purchased an Audi from the guys at Knickerbrook cars, and what a fantastic buying experience it was! I had a 350 mile round trip to see the car, and it was spot on. After a brew I had a look around the car; it was exactly as advertised, and I was given space to look at my own pace. Because the car had just arrived it was due a service and MOT. These were duly done, and any advisory points were rectified as promised - new discs and pads, 2 new tyres, all without hesitation.

When I collected the car the following week it was ready to go and had been well valeted. I've bought cars from supermarkets and main dealers before, but the quality and service from Knickerbrook cars was in a much higher league altogether. I'll be buying my next car from them, and have recommended them to several friends already.

The place looks like a good quality garage with a good range of high quality cars on the forecourt, instantly boosting confidence!

Was a busy day in the office for the man I dealt with, but was made to feel welcome and offered drinks whilst we waited.

The advert was very descriptive, and accurate, the car was as stunning in the metal as it was on the pictures.

6 weeks on, still enjoying the car, and the after sales service is impeccable, really made to feel like a valued customer, before, during, and after the sale!

Will keep an eye on Knickerbrook for my future cars, hopefully not too soon though!

Superb staff with good experience, very efficient, no high pressure sales. Car (Mercedes) was valeted and ready to go. I was extremely pleased with the Jaguar XF 2.7D I purchased from Knickerbrook Cars last month. I dealt with a professional and well mannered gentleman. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process without being overbearing. He allowed me to take a test drive and covered every aspect of the car and its history. They were a very well organised company and all the documentation was for the car was in place; you could immediately tell that this was a car dealer who were a cut above the rest. The car itself was low mileage in great condition for its age. I was assured that the car had been health checked and that it was fully operational and sure enough the car has given me no problems what so ever. Because the car had only 1 month left until the next MOT, Knickerbrook cars MOT'd it for me before I collected it. He explained that there philosophy was to provide high quality, reliable cars and maintain a good reputation with customers nationally. This is a philosophy that is definitely working as he has a lot of repeat customers, of which I will be one in the future, when my wife's car is due for renewal.
