the sales part of kay honda should be brought to the state attonery genearls office. the rest of the dealer ship really try hard to keep the customer pleased, parts and service. but sales dept. are really scamers.

terrible place to purchase a car. i was in this dealership not so long ago with family. we were looking for a farely nice used car. i told him tnat i was interested in to test drive a few cars, why do you want to do that he said, most people don't test drive 3 or 4 cars. right there and there that i knew that this guy is trying to take me for a fool. i told him i know about cars and said to him i don't want you to waste my time or your time.

long story short, when i decided to choose between 2 cars, i told let's talk numbers. we went inside, it was hot that day, this salesman did not even offer us water or cold drinks nor offered a sit to my family. he just said have a sit here. so my wife stood behind me, and we waited for his offers. by the way i forgot to say that this salesman did not even present the features of the cars i drove. i had to ask each time for info. most of his responses were generic and not precise. i knew the features of the cars better than he did. the prices he offered were ridiculous and i said this is your best offer. he tried to rob me. i got up and told him that you just wasted my time. his manager did not even come out from his desk and speak with me. not a thank you from his boss. my wife caught him stairing at me. he just sat there.

Kay Honda Eatontown is probably the worst dealership in new jersey. i checked their prices through the internet... and guess what, the msrp on their new cars are over price by $1300 to $1700 dollars each to start with .....and their used cars, also over price at least by $3000 to $4000. ..how can you negotiate to a dealership like this... you need a miracle.....

Kay Honda service department in Eatontown is terrible. The mechanic seem to walk around in the shop doing nothing. I actually saw a technician working on tire rotation/balance for over an hour. He took 30 minute breaks in between. He ended up only balancing 2 tires. I think he took so many breaks he forget what he was doing. Forget about waiting for oil change, they don't care if you were waiting for over 2 hrs, even though you have an appointment. There is no oil change express line either. They spend over 15 mins on a customer, trying to get you to spend more money on a service maintenance package which they don't bother to check.

The first time I went to Kay Honda, they did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by them. They tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest. Furthermore, the first quote included tax, tags, title, and inspection. The later quotes did not. When I pointed that out, I was told the first quote did not include anything either. It's too bad I had two witnesses with me to prove who was lying. Don't do business with people who scam and lie. Had I known that, I would not have called at all. This is a shady, sneaky dealership.
