We bought a lovely Skoda Fabia from this Garage. The car itself is as expected. The problem is with the JMMC themselves. This is a back street Garage with back street after sales support. For us It started with the cars MOT. JMMC MOT'd the car before purchase, which they agreed to do. When we collected the car they carefully hid the advisories which the MOT station flagged up. Although these were only advisories and were not serious nature, any half descent Garage would have sorted them. This was not the only thing JMMC did not address. JMMC replaced two of the tyres, two cheap no brand ones, but one of them was not sealing on the rim correctly, meaning it would go flat after about a week. This had been seen before we purchased the car and pointed out to JMMC. We were assured it would be fixed along with the tracking. We had to sort the tyre out ourselves, it is not covered on the warranty.We also had the tracking done - which was way out so JMMC could not have done it. Oh, yes that bring us nicely onto the warranty. Yes the Garage give it a reasonable 3 month warranty which on the face of it is fairly extensive and will cover anything major going wrong with the car in this period - but that is it. It is anything major, nothing like a faulty tyre, 3 lines on the heated rear screen or a faulty electric wing mirror. Also be aware the warranty is with the Garage. Any warranty work has to be done through them. Oh no the Garage are not interested once they had got their money. Don't get us wrong, the faults are only minor and could be expected of something at this age, but all the Garages I have ever bought a car from have been happy to assist with fixing these kind of minor irritations, unlike this Garage.

Our advise is you see a car you like at this Garage and it is a genuine car then and only if then you can't find a similar deal elsewhere make sure you check everything and list any faults to get them fixed before exchanging any money. You are better off steering clear of JMMC. We can't recommend them.
