After seeing a Honda CRV for sale on line on Friday, telephoned and got an appt straight away to view the car on Saturday. Up front, honest and willing to negotiate, Jamcars offered excellent value for money and went to extra mile to accommodate us when we wanted to take the car away there and then (after arranging insurance) although it needed to have a replacement windscreen (cracked) Jamcars arranged for the windscreen specialist to come out to our home on Monday - this was all done as promised. Would definitely recommend Jamcars to anyone who wants to deal with someone who is straight talking and gives you a good deal. Over the moon with our "new" car!

I bought a car in 2010 and was ripped off.I also was given a 6 month warranty which when I phoned them they had never heard of me, when I confronted them they said the E mail account was down at that time and can not have gone through. I took the car back lots of time with lots of things wrong, one time the engine overheated when I was stuck in rush hour traffic to the point it flashed and told me I must STOP and turn off the engine. All the paperwork was done by the sales man, luckly DVLA sent me a copy of the paperwork and my signature had be forged on one document. I would not recommend this company to anybody the service is disgusting they knew my circumstances and still ripped me off.

Downright liars! I bought a car from Jam Cars in February, it had a faulty glove box and at the time they promised to get a new one and fix it before I picked it up the week later. When I came to pick it up they said it was delayed in the post but they would send it out to me once it arrived. To cut a long story short, despite multiple promises and email correspondences, I'm still awaiting a replacement glovebox 6 months later! And as for the AA Warranty that they state come with every car, forget it! You'll never see a warranty at all from these cowboys!
